Burning red rash, like a sunburn!?

have a burn red rash on my face, stomach and hands. It does not itch at all! My foot is also super swollen. The rash is not bumpy at all, it looks and feels like a sunburn, but it isn't. I haven't eaten or touched anything different and this does not look or feel like an allergy thing. I've also been excessively thirsty, I don't know if it's related or not. I'm having a hard time catching my breath but I do have chronic bronchitis so I don't know if that is related. Does anyone know what this could be???
