Christmas Pot Luck @ Work... Crock-pot Recipes Needed?

I would make tail meat. Mix 2 lbs of minced meat,finely chopped onion, 2 beaten eggs, 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1 tsp worchestershire sauce & 1 tsp soya sauce is optional and a 1/2 tsp of sage, or poultry seasoning. Make in small ball, put on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 min in a 350 oven, turn over and bake 10 more minutes. You can then put them in the fridge 'til next morning.Prepare the sauce the night before also, 1 1/2 cups Ketchup, 14 tbls. brown sugar, 4 tbls. vinegar, 1 cup water, 2 tsp. mustard and 4 tbls soya sauce. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Take out the next morning, put in the crock-pot and cook for 4 hrs. Don't forget the toothpicks.
