Whats wrong with my Sirius radio?

My Sirius Sportster 3 isn't working properly. None of the ons function properly except the tuner knob. It won't power on/off, i can't change categories, and none of my preset ons are working. It's almost like it is frozen. However, with the remote I have for it everything works. Anyone know what's up?
