Who has a better rotation this year, Yankees or Phillies?

i say phillies. burnett and vasquez are losse cannons. one day they do amazing, the next day they do bad. the phillies pitchers are quite consistent. i have both halladay and hamels on my fantsay team and they do great every single start.
