I have been sick for about 2 weeks whats wrong?

I have had a head cold sneezing coughing up mucus green and white. I thought it was bronchitis, After about a week a started feeling better and thought i was over it for about 2 days than I just got sick again but this time to the stomach and threw up and now I have runny nose coughing sneezing stomach ache and feel like puking. Any ideas? I can't really afford to go to the doctors but if it seams like something serious I will go.
