Does she still want me? In Time?

My Partner of 18 years told me that our relationship is over about three weeks ago. She says she feels like she is wasting her life, not with me BUt she feels she is just sitting around and waiting to die. About three days ago I suffered a mild stoke due to the upset and ever since then she has been very concerned and started to hug and kiss me ( always saying that I should not read anything into this as it is still over). I am confused as I know she still love me ( she said so) we still live together and sleep in the same bed( even so apart from hugs nothing else happens). She also goes away every weekend now ( with a friend of ours). I don't know what to think - Is she leaving OR staying ? will I get her back eventually?
