What dietary supplement will help me get stronger?

just go to like GNC and ask the cashier guy. they all know their stuff. Ask for like protein powder to make protein shakes. and get something called blender bottle. they'll know what it is. It's like this bottleand it comes with a wisk ball thing you drop it in and shake it and it like stirs all the clumps perfectly and you drink right out of the bottle. please do not use creatine....you lose all the muscle once you get off of it. protein shakes is the only dietary supplement i approve of because everything else is crap. all the fat burners and creatine is BS. also you may change your diet?? more calories so you bulk up. if you weight 110 pounds...your not gonna build muscle without the calories. gymnastics will get you ripped but not big bro. If you really wanna get BIG. lift weights. Do lots of weight and low rep. Im talking so much weight that on the fourth rep you can't put it up without help. This is called lift to failure. It forces your muscle to rip and form more muscle so you can get that weight up. if you keep doing this you;ll see that you can lift more weight and get big. To bulk up you do lift to failure trust me.
