Girls kids cartoon from the 90s?

i remember when i was younger (im 16 now, i have an older sister so the video may have been around before) watching a cartoon video about three girls in a band (i think one was called roxy?). i asked my mum and she thinks they used to go through a wall in their car or something and kinda change person? if that makes any sense :L i cant remember anything else but i wanna find it again! i think it was about the same time as superted and pound puppies?
