Did the “original sin” reappear after the flood?

If you believe the premise that humanity is full of sin due to the "original sin" of Adam and Eve, wasn’t the “Flood” designed to remove all that sin? So, how can we still trace our sins to that “original sin?” Did Noah and the 7 on board, although considered clean of wickedness by God, still carry that fall of humanity with them? Or did that sin come back as the earth was repopulated?
