Seriously..waaaay TMI, but I'm freaking out. 30 weeks pregnant and blood in stool?

So it is a lot grosser than it sounds, it isn't just like blood in my stool, it is whenever I wipe there is this slimey, bloody discharge. I have no idea what it could be, and I know I'm going to have to wait until my doctors appointment tomorrow to find out for sure, but has this ever happened to anyone? I don't feel like I have hemmroids, but I've never had them before so I'm not sure? I don't feel any pain when I have a bowel movement, but I haven't been able to have a whole BM in a long time...it is really strained and just little ... pebbles... you could say? Sorry, I know it is gross, but this never happened with my first and I'm just hoping someone can tell me that I'm not going to die...or something. Thanks.
