Should i teach my lvl 35 Camerupt over-heat? - pokemon emerald?

it knows rock-slide, magnitude, takedown and rock tomb i'm going to replace magnitude with earthquake when it gets to lvl 37 and take-down with eruption when it gets to lvl 45 should i teach it over-heat instead of rock-tomb or should i teach it somthing else please all suggestions for all attakcs thanks
