Whats the best online site to find rare book values. I have an old kipling book i cant find listed anywhere?

The book is miniature book by rudyard kipling called Recessional which is a poem by him. It is dated 1898 by fredrick stokes publishing. I found a similiar book copyright 1917 but not this book any suggestions?
