When me and my boyfriend have .....?

I lost my virginity about 2 months ago, and we have engaged in a healthy life since. But everytime we have , it hurts like im losing my virginity all over again. We use the push and hold method, as the pain stops after about 30 seconds. Lube isnt a problem, as we always have and have actually used lube, condoms, shower, etc. yet the pain is still there. Each time the pain tends to be worse, and even though its worth it in the end - it is really deterring me from (and my boyfriend because he doesnt like putting me in pain). Does anyone know what the problem could be?
