5 day Pacific Northwest trip ideas?

In October I am planning on taking a trip to the pacific northwest. I have always been fascinated by the beautiful rain forests, coast, and mountains. We have 5 days we would love taking a trip, mostly outdoors like hiking and etc. We are looking at somewhere in Oregon, Washington, or British Colombia. Or a combination of them or 2. We were looking at the Olympic peninsula and Victoria island. Do you have any 5 day trip itinerary ideas? Any info will be greatly appreciated
