Build Muscle, get in shape? HELP please!?
heloo buddy , the first answer 2 ur question was pretty goood so lsn 2 that guy and eat wat he said , and u know how they say eat 5-6 meals a day well u should do that but if u cant do that then just keep on eating all the time if u cant eat big meals atleast nibble on a sandwich, cause when u eat more, ur stomach muscles expands therefore giving u a better appetite and dont eat junk foood, keep it healthy with house foood, or an easier way is to bbq thats wat i do all i eat is bbq foood cause its soo simple , and u do have 2 work out inorder 2 get bigger arms and a bigger upper body, TAKE protein shakes as well but remember u cant only grow on protein shakes .... hope this helps chek out this its the best for body building it answers all ur questions
