Can i still send in my xbox360?

well i requested a repair cuz i got the 3 RRoD and when i got the package my xbox started to work but after a week it got the RRoD again and i went to go ask for another box or a printable tag and it sed i didnt have any registered consoles. so i still have the old tag but i was wondering if i can still send it in????
