Congestion in one nostril?

i always seem to be congested in one or both nostrils.. i dnt have any sympotoms of being sick, and i feel fine.. i heard from a family member that deviated septum's run in the family.. however ive never heard anything about myself having one from my family doctor. is it possible that this could be the cause of my congestion.. just wondering if anyone else experiences this.. its so frustrating, and decongestants dont seem to help. thanks!
